<p>Women in the family are the key caretaker of children as well as elders in every country around the globe. She performs numerous roles including wife, mother, organizer, partner, administrator, teacher, director, economist, re-creator, disburser, disciplinarian, health officer, artist, and more importantly the queen in the family at the same time.&nbsp;Not to mention, women characterize the cornerstone of a family&#8217;s overall health and therefore they must obtain quality care which will ultimately lead to better health for children and families. After all, the health of families and communities are coupled to the women’s health to a degree.&nbsp;</p>



<p>So, to have a healthy life, it’s obligatory for all women to eat healthy, exercise regularly, and stay away from lousy lifestyle habits. Besides, it is also helpful to get your body examined from a women’s health specialist for any potential problems and possible treatment solutions.&nbsp;</p>



<p>In addition to healthy eating and healthy lifestyle, women’s health encompasses all therapeutics, drugs, surgical offerings, and precautionary measures for the several disorders related to the women’s population. These disorders are generally associated with the nutrition, oncology, reproductive system, menopause, urological system etc. Offering better management of diseases and focusing on the enhancement of healthy lifestyle is of utmost importance when it comes to overall health of the women population.</p>

<p>Healthy food that comprises a balanced diet and all the nutrients required for your body is very essential to lead healthy living. Many times, diet is directly related to a few of the diseases including diabetes, obesity, and high blood pressure. e.g. if you eat food that is high in cholesterol too often, there are great chances of becoming obese. Rather, you can choose healthy options such as white meats (fish or chicken) in controlled portions. For snacking, you can go for healthy choices including peanuts, apples, or walnuts. This way you can keep yourself away from the risk of coronary heart disease and also keep control on your weight.</p>

<p>Physical activity doesn’t mean hitting the gym daily and doing intense workout or running 20 miles per day. Your regular physical activity can be as simple and easy as 5-10 minutes of walking or jogging. You can maintain fitness even with this much daily exercise and can lessen the risk of getting heart disease or bone disease. Moreover, if you already have some health issue, you can go for specific physical activity such as Yoga to ease your problem.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A regular visit to your primary health care provider (even if you are not sick) helps you know if there is risk of any health issue in your body. He can give you medical advice at the correct time before it’s too late that your body starts showing symptoms of the disease. Your doctor can perform diagnostic tests depending on your health condition and come to know if there is possibility of any severe disease. Women’s health diagnostics is very essential to know disorders related to gynecology, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), birth control, menopause, hormone therapy, pregnancy and childbirth, sexual health, osteoporosis, heart disease, and benign conditions etc.</p>



<p>As Women’s health ultimately promotes child health and family health, it’s vital to maintain the health and wellbeing of a woman first. Along with healthy eating and regular exercise, scheduled visits to a doctor for a diagnosis and prevention of serious health issues has become very essential.</p>

	<p style="text-align: justify !important;">Do you know anybody who does not wish to get rid of the fat on one particular area of their body? I have not met anybody like that!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify !important;">“If I could only get rid of my big belly”! “Oh, I wish my thighs were slimmer”! Does it sound familiar?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify !important;">Even skinny people are often unhappy with the excess fat in some areas of their body. We’ve all seen those skinny men with huge bellies!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify !important;">This common problem is accompanied by a widespread belief that you can lose the fat on a “problem area” by exercising that particular area. Some people do hundreds of crunches in attempts to flatten their stomachs, others buy the “miracle” ab gadgets and bulky “hip slimming” machines from TV.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify !important;">Were you about to call the 800 numbers to buy the “latest and greatest” ab roller?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify !important;">Hold on to your hard-earned money!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify !important;">The belief that you can lose fat on a specific part of your body by exercising that area is a myth! Targeting the “spots” of your body for fat loss is called “spot reducing”, and it simply does not work.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify !important;">Exercising certain areas of your body will strengthen the muscles there, but it will not remove the fat from them. Your newly developed muscles will be hidden under the layer of fat.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify !important;">What about those heavily pitched creams, wraps and rubber belts that supposedly “melt the fat away”? Those are just plainly scams.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify !important;">The creams and body wraps can temporarily give your skin smoother appearance, but they will do absolutely nothing for fat loss. All kinds of weight loss belts, pants and other clothing will make you sweat, thereby causing some loss of water weight which is mistaken by most people for fat loss. But they will not help you lose even one gram of the actual fat!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify !important;">There is no way to tell your body where exactly it should lose its fat.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify !important;">Each person’s body has its own unique shape and fat distribution pattern. The places where the fat goes first are, unfortunately, where it comes off last. So the only way to lose that fat is by losing weight in general.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify !important;">The only healthy permanent way to lose weight is by making lifestyle changes to incorporate healthy eating and increased activity. When you do that, the fat will come off everywhere on your body, including those “trouble spots”. And yes, you will then have that body that you always dreamed of!</p>

	<p>There is no safe time to drink alcohol while pregnant. The brain and central nervous system of the unborn baby continues to develop throughout the pregnancy and therefore can be damaged by exposure to alcohol at any time during pregnancy. Alcohol can damage a growing baby’s brain, organs and body, affecting how it thinks, acts, looks and learns as a child and as an adult.</p>

	<p>When a pregnant woman drinks alcohol, it rapidly crosses the placenta to the fetus. Unlike the mother, the fetus cannot process alcohol at the same rate, and it remains in the baby’s body longer than in the mother’s. The result – the baby could be born with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). FASD is the term used to describe the birth defects and brain damage that can be caused by prenatal exposure to alcohol.<br />
Children with FASD do not grow out of their problems. In fact many will need a lifetime of extra health care, education and social services. When they get older, children with FASD often have difficulty paying attention and learning at school. They have trouble getting along with others. They may have difficulty remembering and thinking things through. They may struggle with depression or have drug and alcohol problems.</p>
